Questions on Exchanges & Refunds
Please note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc. signify that these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine-made products and hence we would appreciate if you could consider this before returning any product. If you still want to return or exchange a product, we have a very customer-friendly policy as under:
Exchanges – incorrect shipment / damaged product:
- If any item is couriered to you incorrectly or is damaged, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery at: email@example.com and we will exchange it with the same product or you can select any other product from our online store. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.
- We will send you the product which you have selected for exchange only, after we receive the original product from you.
- No shipping charge will be applicable to the customer in case of incorrect shipment or damaged product.
- All cases are considered within 7days from date of receipt of original product by us.
Exchanges – customer initiated:
- If you wish to exchange a product after purchasing it for any reason, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery at: firstname.lastname@example.org with reason for exchange and we will exchange it with another product from our online store as per your request. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.
- We will send you the product which you have selected for exchange only after we receive the original product from you.
- For customer initiated exchanges, the cost of shipping of products shall be borne by the customer.
- All cases are considered within 7 days from date of receipt of original product by us.
Cancellation and refund – incorrect shipment, damaged product or undelivered package:
- We want you to love every product from Samprada! However, if you find that the product is incorrectly shipped to you, damaged or you are not completely satisfied with it, please write to us at: email@example.com with subject line as “exchange & refunds”. In the email body, please include your order No.for eg #SAMON****, reason for cancellation and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- If the product is shipped by us to your provided address, gets listed as “undelivered” by our logistic service provider (courier) and is returned to us, we will consider the order as cancelled.
- Refunds for cancellations are not automatically processed and will be considered on case-by-case basis once the customer initiates the cancellation as might be the case – only upon receiving the product by us with original tag, label and packaging.
- Once the cancellation is initiated, the refund will be processed by us within 7 Days of receipt of original product by us.
