NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Alterations would be done only once for the products or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- Stoles, Blouses (after alterations) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sarees cannot be exchanged.
- Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
- The credit note issued, will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- In case of returns or exchanges, only a credit note will be issued against it equivalent of the product cost paid. No refund will be provided. This is to be mentioned in the return & exchange policy dropdown as well as in the return & exchange page.

Cancellation Policy
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Return Policy
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info.samprada@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
- Raise your return request within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
- If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at info.samprada@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount in case of paid orders.
- Once we have received the products with tags on, a quality check would be done
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
- In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- For COD orders, the refund will be done in span of 1 month after ensuring the product received back is in good condition.
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product through - A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is received.
- Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order * Shipping Address : Lisona GF 2, Plot No 887, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014.
